When you make a transaction with Master Images, you entering into a binding agreement between you and Master Images, relating to the use of the Master Images web site and the licensing of images to you by Master Images.

No images on www.master-images.com are to be used in any manner without the express permission of Master Images. Images are licensed under the specific terms and conditions set out at the time of purchase. Licenses of images are not valid until Master Images has received payment in full. Images are not to be sold, their use is licensed and they remain the sole and exclusive property of Master Images and the original photographer, artist or illustrator.

You agree not to distribute or re-sell the licensed images independent from a product and they may not be used in a manner allowing permanent storage or re-use by third parties. Licenses are not to be sub-licensed, transferred or assigned. You agree not to make, authorize, or permit use of any image except as specifically set forth herein and on the invoice you receive.
