When you make a transaction with Master Images, you are entering into a binding agreement between you and Master Images, relating to the use of the Master Images web site and the licensing of images to you by us.

No images on www.master-images.com are to be used in any manner without the express permission of us. Images are licensed under the specific terms and conditions set out at the time of purchase. Licenses of images are not valid until we has received payment in full. Images are not to be sold, their use is licensed and they remain the sole and exclusive property of Mi-more and the original photographer, artist or illustrator.

You agree not to distribute or re-sell the licensed images independent from a product and they may not be used in a manner allowing permanent storage or re-use by third parties. Licenses are not to be sub-licensed, transferred or assigned. You agree not to make, authorize, or permit use of any image except as specifically set forth herein and on the invoice you receive.

Pricing guide & Service Our images are available as either RM (picture licensed) and RF (royalty-free). Royalty-managed (Prices Licensed) Using RM images from Mi-more is similar to renting a photograph. The price of RM images depends on the following: - The intended use of the images - Size of the images - Period of the license for the images - Territory

Our Service

How to order pictures?

- Just call our friendly sales team to order transparencies or high-resolution images. Tell us the reference number of the image required and our staff will give you more information on that image and will advise on the suitability of that picture for your project.

- If you are looking for a type of image, or a similar image to one of our references, just let us know. We will help you search and send file previews to your email as quickly as possible.

  How to get access to the images ?

- After you sign and return our offer by fax, we will send you an e-mail link to the images and will follow up with you to confirm you received the image!

Payment terms

Payment of Master Images invoices must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, without any discounts.

Any disputes concerning the invoice must be submitted in writing, within three (3) business days of invoice receipt, or you shall be deemed to have accepted the invoice as issued. Cancellation after that or signed quotation, Customer will be be resposible for 50 % charge of total price.
